Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. OG will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Access to information

You have the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with GDPR. Any access request may be subject to a fee of INR 5000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Children's Information

OG does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our Websites, we strongly encourage you to contact us at pmc@oghealthcare.com and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Online Privacy Policy Only

Our privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our Websites with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect on our Websites. This policy is not applicable to information collected offline or via channels other our Websites.
